Compatibility between EIZO EcoView NET / ScreenManager Pro for LCD (DDC/CI) and DisplayPort Connection
Applicable Products: EIZO EcoView NET, ScreenManager Pro for LCD (DDC/CI) and EIZO Monitors with DisplayPort
1. Description
Above mentioned software do not work when the monitor is connected via the DisplayPort due to the specification of the DDC/CI driver.
When running the installers of the software, a dialog box such as the following appears.
2. Temporary Measure
Use other port to connect your monitor. Support plan of the driver is to be decided.
